Don't forget to drink water and get some sun. You're basically a house plant with more complicated emotions. ~ Unknown Lately I have been struggling to stay hydrated. I know that I should be getting my recommended daily water goals but fail more often then not. I ended up in the hospital a couple weeks ago for dehydration and know that I do not want a repeat of that event. Through researching hydration tips I feel inspired to meet my goals!
