Almond Flour Crepes

This recipe is better suited for sweet toppings/fillings. I am working on one for savory fillings.
• 4 Eggs
• 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
• 1 t cinnamon
• 1 t Vanilla Extract
• 1 T sugar, brown sugar, or sugar substitute (Optional, can be sugar free)
* You can add some nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice for more flavor.
Mix ingredients, pour into a greased
medium heat pan. Tilt pan covering the bottom of pan in a thin layer of liquid mix. Heat 2 minutes on each side.
💋 30 Grams of protein, divide by the number of crepes you make.
With the above recipe I made 3 crepes in a 10 inch pan resulting in 10 Grams of protein per crepe!

The boys like Nutella, Cool Whip, Fluff....
☆ My favorite fillings- nothing, scramble eggs, cream cheese, steak, mushrooms, veggies...
