Where have you been all my Li-i-i-ife 🎶

Approx 12 Grams of protein each

What you need:

• Waffle Maker (mini pictured $8)

• 1 egg

• 1/2 Cup shredded cheese

• 1 T flour (I used almond flour)

• 1/4 t Baking Powder

• Toppings, I used

▪︎Cream cheese

▪︎Everything Bagel seasoning

Recipe makes 2 Chaffels, that is approximately 24 Grams of protein when using almond flour and cream cheese!

These bad boys are seriously tasty! My boys love them and say that they taste just like a cheese omelet.... And they only take a few minutes to make.
