Hydrate Yourself

Don't forget to drink water and get some sun. You're basically a house plant with more complicated emotions. ~ Unknown

Lately I have been struggling to stay hydrated. I know that I should be getting my recommended daily water goals but fail more often then not. I ended up in the hospital a couple weeks ago for dehydration and know that I do not want a repeat of that event. Through researching hydration tips I feel inspired to meet my goals!

Most of us have herd that water is the best tool for Weight Loss, Healthy Skin, Digestive & Kidney health. We can even spice up the flavor with add-inns, my favorite being fruit. Here are some of my favorite combo's...

- Citrus (Oranges, Lemons/Limes, Grapefruit) and Kiwi

- Citrus (Oranges, Lemons/Limes, Grapefruit) and Berries

- Berries and mint leaves

- Lime and Mint " The virgin Mojito"

Mix things up, find some favorites and go for it!

Another great tip that I came across is having a water container that can hold your daily water goal. It may be helpful to define amounts to drink by a dedicated time of day on the container.
